How to Achieve a High Grade IN PHOTOGRAPHY
Make sure you have the following in your projects:
- Background research and analysis of existing images (Use Blooms to help you Analyse images)
- Primary research - go out and take photos exploring the topic
- Thorough plan - Where, who, equipment, light considerations
- Shoot - take full advantage of the photo shoot. Show experimentation with angles and composition. It is OK to deviate from your plan if you find something is working better whilst shooting
- Fully annotated contact sheet explaining why you are rejecting certain photos
- Record observations from the shoot, what worked, what didn't, have you learnt anything from the shoot?
- Edit and evaluate images.
