GEOMETRIC
In this unit you will create images which incorporate geometric shapes either in the initial photograph or added to the image afterwards. Before you start you should research into the following artists:
AO1 - RESEARCH
Research into the artists named above.
AO2 - EXPERIMENT AND REFINE IDEAS + A03 - RECORDING OBSERVATIONS
Produce your initial experimental images and evaluate them (WWW. + EBI.)
What did you learn from your experimental images? How will you do it differently next time.
You can experiment as many times as you need to. Some techniques you may want to try:
AO4 - FINAL IMAGES
Once you have finished experimenting. State what you intend to do for your final image or images.
Produce your final images and evaluate them.

AO1 - RESEARCH
Research into the artists named above.
- Pick two images from different artists and explain who they are and what process they use when making their images.
- Analyse at least two images from the artists mentioned.
- What techniques and materials do you think they used.
- How does the image make you feel. Can you describe the mood of the image.
- Based on your research explain your initial idea.
- Photoshop.
- Collage using multiple images either printed out or in Photoshop.
- Collage using found images materials combined with your own images.
- Use paint/pens/crayons etc to modify the image.
AO4 - FINAL IMAGES
Once you have finished experimenting. State what you intend to do for your final image or images.
Produce your final images and evaluate them.
